How long have you been in business?
We started our business in 1983 and opened our Arizona office in 1994.
What is your primary product or service?
Intellectual Property law services including patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing and IP litigation. We also handle computer law and domain name disputes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I wanted to help people protect their business ideas and assist them in learning about the various ways the law is able to help individuals, small businesses and corporations to remain viable in our ever changing business climate both in the U.S. and in other countries.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We handle only intellectual property law, we do not handle, for example, real estate, family law or any other legal service areas. We keep our expenses low by locating in reasonably priced office space so that we can provide quality service at a reasonable price.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently are located in five states within the U.S. and we are presently looking to expand to new locations.
Provide detailed directions to your location
In Mesa, from U.S. 60 we are north on Country Club and from Highway 202 we are south on Country Club. From Country Club, turn East on University and find us located at 18 E. University Drive. Parking is on Pima Street and in the lot behind our building. Our entrance is in the back of the building.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, bank wires, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Which areas do you service?
We service clients in the U.S. and abroad.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our owners are Albert L. Schmeiser and Arlen L. Olsen.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
When people recommend someone to our firm we are honored by their trust and feel that is the ultimate compliment.
